Écretteville-sur-Mer is located in the Pays de Caux about 45 kilometers northeast of Le Havre and about one kilometer south of the Alabaster Coast to the English Channel . Écretteville-sur-Mer is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Életot in the north and west, Saint-Pierre-en-Port in the north and north-east, Ancretteville-sur-Mer in the east and south-east, Angerville-la-Martel in the south and Sainte-Hélène- Bondeville in the southwest.
