Écrainville is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Fongueusemare in the north, Sausseuzemare-en-Caux in the northeast, Goderville in the east, Bornambusc in the southeast, Manneville-la-Goupil in the south and southeast, Saint-Sauveur-d'Émalleville in the south, Vergetot in the southwest, Criquetot-l'Esneval to the west and Cuverville to the northwest.
