Saint-Aubin-Routot is located in the historic province of Pays de Caux . Saint-Aubin-Routot is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Épretot in the north, Saint-Romain-de-Colbosc in the east, Saint-Vincent-Cramesnil in the south-east, Sandouville and Oudalle in the south, Rogerville in the south-west, Gainneville in the west and Saint-Laurent- de-Brèvedent in the north-west.

The A29 and the former 15 (today's D6015) run through the municipality .

history

In 1823 the parishes of Routot and Beaucamp were merged with Saint-Aubin .
