Gonfreville-Caillot is located about 29 kilometers northeast of Le Havre in the Pays de Caux . Gonfreville-Caillot is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Angerville-Bailleul in the north and northeast, Saint-Maclou-la-Brière in the east, Vattot-sous-Beaumont in the south, Bréauté in the southwest and Grainville-Ymauville in the west and northwest.
