Saint-Martin-du-Bec is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-Jouin-Bruneval in the north and north-west, Gonneville-la-Mallet in the north, Turretot in the east and north-east, Notre-Dame-du-Bec in the south-east, Rolleville in the south as well Mannevillette in the west.
