Saint-Vincent-Cramesnil is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-Romain-de-Colbosc in the north, La Cerlangue in the east, Saint-Vigor-d'Ymonville in the south, Sandouville in the west and south-west and Saint-Aubin-Routot in the north-west.
