Rouville is a rural community in the Pays de Caux and is located about 31 kilometers east-northeast of Le Havre . Rouville is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Tocqueville-les-Murs in the north, Hattenville in the northeast, Yébleron in the east, Raffetot in the southeast, Nointot in the south and southwest, Bernières in the west and Saint-Maclou-la-Brière in the northwest.

The A29 autoroute runs through the south of the municipality .
