Épretot is located about 16 kilometers east-northeast of Le Havre in the historic province of Pays de Caux . Épretot is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Sainneville in the north and north-west, Étainhus in the north and north-east, Gommerville in the east and north-east, Saint-Romain-de-Colbosc in the south-east, Saint-Aubin-Routot in the south and Saint-Laurent-de-Brèvedent in the West and southwest.
The A29 autoroute runs through the southeast of the municipality .
