Sainneville is located about 14 kilometers east-northeast of Le Havre in the historic province of Pays de Caux . Sainneville is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Étainhus in the north and northeast, Épretot in the east, Saint-Laurent-de-Brèvedent in the south and southwest and Manéglise in the west and northwest.
