Graimbouville is located about 19 kilometers east-northeast of Le Havre in the historic Pays de Caux province . Graimbouville is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Manneville-la-Goupil in the north, Virville in the northeast, Saint-Gilles-de-la-Neuville in the east, Gommerville in the southeast, Étainhus in the south and southwest, and Angerville-l'Orcher in the west and northwest.
The A29 autoroute runs through the southeast of the municipality .
