Mentheville is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Tourville-les-Ifs in the north, Bec-de-Mortagne in the east and northeast, Annouville-Vilmesnil in the east and southeast, Bretteville-du-Grand-Caux in the south and southwest and Auberville-la-Renault in the West and southwest.
