Raffetot is located about 31 kilometers east-northeast of Le Havre in the Pays de Caux . Raffetot is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Rouville in the north and northwest, Yébleron in the north, Bolleville in the east, Lanquetot in the south, Bolbec in the southwest and Nointot in the west.
