Contremoulins is a French municipality with 155 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Seine-Maritime in the region Normandy (before 2016 Haute-Normandie ). It belongs to the arrondissement of Le Havre and the canton of Fécamp (until 2015 Valmont ).

Contremoulins is located in the Pays de Caux about 41 kilometers northeast of Le Havre . Contremoulins is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Toussaint in the north and north-west, Thiergeville in the east, Bec-de-Mortagne in the south, Tourville-les-Ifs in the west and south-west and Ganzville in the west and north-west.
