Sainte-Hélène-Bondeville is a French municipality with 709 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Seine-Maritime in the region Normandy . It belongs to the arrondissement of Le Havre and the canton of Fécamp (until 2015: canton of Valmont ).

Sainte-Hélène-Bondeville is located in the Pays de Caux about 42 kilometers northeast of Le Havre and about three kilometers south of the Alabaster Coast to the English Channel . Sainte-Hélène-Bondeville is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Életot in the north, Écretteville-sur-Mer in the northeast, Angerville-la-Martel in the east and southeast, Colleville in the south and Senneville-sur-Fécamp in the west.

In 1826, the previously independent communes of Sainte-Hélène and Bondeville were reunited.
