Gerponville is a French municipality with 664 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Seine-Maritime in the region Normandy (before 2016 Haute-Normandie ). It belongs to the arrondissement of Le Havre and the canton of Fécamp (until 2015 Valmont ).

geography

Gerponville is located in the Pays de Caux about 45 kilometers east-northeast of Le Havre and about ten kilometers south of the Alabaster coast to the English Channel . Gerponville is surrounded by the neighboring communities Theuville-aux-Maillots in the north and west, Bertreville in the northeast, Bertheauville in the east, Ourville-en-Caux in the southeast, Riville in the south and Valmont in the southwest.
