Grand Prix Guillaume Tell

The Grand Prix Guillaume Tell (short: GP Tell ) - named after the Swiss national hero Wilhelm Tell - was a Swiss cycle race that was held between 1971 and 2009 as an international stage race .

From 1971 to 1985 the race was held for amateurs and from 1986 to 1994 open for professionals and amateurs, which anticipated the introduction of the standard license in 1995. From the event in 2000, the race was held in the then UCI category and thus reserved for U23 riders . After the race was not held in 2005, it was part of the UCI Europe Tour from 2006 to 2009 and in UCI category 2.2 and 2.2U. In 2007 the race was also part of the U23 Nations Cup .

The GP Tell has not been held since 2010.
