Greater Tzaneen ( English Greater Tzaneen Local Municipality ) is a local municipality in the Mopani District , Limpopo Province in South Africa . The administrative headquarters are in Tzaneen . Maripe Mangena is the mayor.
The community name is derived from the North Sotho word for place where people gather .
