The Green Templeton College is a constituent college of the University of Oxford in England . It was founded on October 1, 2008 and consists of the members of Green College and Templeton College . The college is located on the former site of Green College in North Oxford . At its center is an architecturally inviting and magnificent building from the 18th century , the Radcliffe Observatory , which was modeled on the ancient Tower of the Winds in Athens .
