The Nuffield College is one of the younger colleges of Oxford University .

It is named after William Morris, 1st Viscount Nuffield and was founded in 1937. It specializes in the social sciences ; H. Economics , Political Science , Sociology and Industrial Relations . Only postgraduates study at Nuffield College . The professors and lecturers at the college are fellow called.

Well-known Fellows: Anthony Atkinson , John Darwin , Allan Flanders , Diego Gambetta , John H. Goldthorpe , John R. Hicks , John Alfred Ryle and Armin Steinbach .
