The Große Rönne is a right-hand tributary of the Oste in northern Lower Saxony .

The source of the approximately 7 km long stream is located northwest of Drochtersen near the K 65 ("Green Road"). From there it flows in a south-westerly direction through Hüll, a district of Drochtersen, and is then in parts the border river between the districts of Cuxhaven and Stade . The Große Rönne flows into the Oste east of Hemmoor between Osten (Oste) and Großenwörden .

The Deutsche Krimi-Straße , a 2.5 km long road on the edge of the municipality of Hemmoor , runs along the Große Rönne .
