Life

Barnabò's career as an actor began in 1921 alongside Annibale Ninchi at the "Teatro Greco" in Siracusa . He was then committed by Luigi Cimara and Laura Adani .

In 1926 he made his cinema debut in the silent film La bellezza del mondo , but really got going with the talkies and especially from 1935; By the time he died, his oeuvre comprised over a hundred films in which he played selfish politicians, windy industrialists, warm-hearted men of honor and honorable fat men. From 1935 on he also took part regularly in radio broadcasts.
