Guido Eckert
Guido Eckert (born August 15, 1964 in Aachen ) is a German journalist and writer .
Life
After graduating from high school, Guido Eckert studied Sinology and Japanese Studies at the University of Cologne from 1983 . He then carried out various activities. From 1990 he contributed to newspapers (especially the " Süddeutsche Zeitung ") and magazines (including the " Zeit-Magazin ", " Transatlantik " and " Tempo "), as well as literary texts. Eckert now lives in Cologne .
Eckert is the author of narrative works , radio plays and scripts . He published the “factual novel” Möbelhaus in 2015 under the pseudonym Robert Kisch .
Eckert is a member of the Association of German Writers . He received the Axel Springer Prize in 1991 , the Theodor Wolff Prize in 1996 , a promotion award for literature from the State of North Rhine-Westphalia in 1998 and the Gabriel Grüner Scholarship in 2001 .
