Gumba ( Nepali गुम्बा ) is a Village Development Committee (VDC) in Nepal in the Sindhupalchok district .

The VDC Gumba is located in the Himalayas in the north of Sindhupalchok on the border with Tibet . The area is bounded to the west by the Balephi Khola river valley . In the east are the VDCs Tatopani , Listikot and Dhumthang and in the south Pangtang . The main town of Gumba is Ghumbathang .

Residents

At the 2011 census, the VDC Gumba had 3431 inhabitants (1727 male) in 674 households.
