Listikot ( Nepali लिस्तिकोट ) is a Village Development Committee (VDC) in Nepal in the Sindhupalchok district .
The VDC Listikot is located in the Himalayas in the north of Sindhupalchok. Listikot lies almost entirely on the western bank of the Sunkoshi (also Bhotekoshi ) north of the confluence of the Kauley Khola . The Araniko Rajmarg trunk road runs along the opposite bank of the river from Kathmandu to the Chinese border. At the tourist center The Last Resort ( ⊙ ) there is a pedestrian suspension bridge over the Sunkoshi, from which bungee jumps are made.

At the 2011 census, the VDC Listikot had 3,305 inhabitants (1,555 male) in 949 households.
