Gunnar Haberland

Gunnar Haberland (born May 16, 1978 in Hamburg ) is a German actor.

Live and act

Gunnar Haberland is the son of a Hamburg merchant and an interior designer and attended the Rudolf Steiner School in Hamburg-Wandsbek. After his community service he completed his acting training from 2001 to 2004 at the School for Drama Hamburg . He then worked mainly as a guest at German theaters such as the Schauspielhaus Hamburg , the Altona Theater and the Theater in der Basilika . From 2008 to 2011 he was a permanent member of the ensemble at the Bremen shakespeare company , where he also played for a long time as a guest in Timon from Athens . In 2012 this play was invited to the World Shakespeare Festival Globe to globe in London's Globe Theater , as well as to the 2014 Theatertreffen for the 35th Duisburger Akzente .

From 2014 to 2018 he was seen on the stage of the Berlin Criminal Theater , where he was engaged as a permanent guest actor. Haberland was nominated for the Golden Curtain in 2016 for his theater role in Out of Control at the Berlin Criminal Theater . He also played on stages such as the Theater der Altmark , the Theater für Niedersachsen , am Kampnagel , the Fliegende Bauten Hamburg and at the Clingenburg Festival

In addition to the theater, Haberland also works as a film actor.
