Håkon Berre

Håkon Berre (* 1980 in Namsos ) is a Norwegian jazz and improvisation musician ( drums ).

Live and act

Håkon Berre studied musicology and music technology at the University of Oslo, as well as rhythmics at the Music Academy in Esbjerg. From the 2000s he worked in the Norwegian and international jazz scene with Peter Brötzmann , Phil Minton , Axel Dörner , John Tchicai , Petter Wettre , Peter Friis-Nielsen , Kasper Tranberg , Simon Spang-Hanssen , Liudas Mockūnas , Stephan Meinberg , Thommy Andersson , Sture Ericson , Hilmar Jensson , Michael Jefry Stevens , Mikko Innanen , Tobias Delius , Roland Ramanan , Susana Santos Silva , Fred Lonberg-Holm , John Dikeman , Wolter Wierbos and Daysuke Takaoka . He also belonged to the formations Angel, EstherOrkester, Hautullin, Maria Faust Group, Maria Faust Jazz Catastrophe, Morten Pedersen 5tet, The Mighty Mouse, Trio Barefoot and the Variable Geometry Orchestra .
