HKFC PSA International 2015

The HKFC PSA International 2015 took place from May 25th to 30th, 2015 in Hong Kong . The men's squash tournament was part of the PSA World Tour 2014/15 and belonged to the International 25 category . The women's tournament, officially called HKFC WSA 25 2015 , was part of the WSA World Tour 2014/15 and belonged to the Silver 25 category .

The defending champions were Max Lee for the men and Amanda Sobhy for the women. Lee won the tournament again with a final victory over Saurav Ghosal . He defeated Ghosal with 9:11, 11: 6, 11: 1 and 11: 9. Amanda Sobhy did not appear to defend the women's title. The top seeded Annie Au defeated Habiba Mohamed in the final with 11: 7, 8:11, 9:11, 11: 4 and 11: 8 and thus won her eleventh career title.

The field of participants in the men's competition consisted of 16 players, four of which were starting places for qualifiers. 16 players competed in the women's competition, four of which were starting places for qualifiers. Per Wildcard received Dick Lau in the men's and Carmen Lee a spot in the main draw for the ladies.

Prize money and world ranking points

At the tournament, the following prize money and world ranking points were paid out or credited for reaching the respective round. Players who entered the main field from qualification received the specified qualification points in addition to those for reaching the respective round. Otherwise the amounts are not to be understood as cumulative. The total prize money was $ 25,000 each.
