Queclink HKFC International 2018

The Queclink HKFC International 2018 took place in Hong Kong from September 18-22, 2018 . The men's squash tournament was part of the PSA World Tour 2018/19 and belonged to the PSA Challenger Tour 30 category . At the same time, a women's squash tournament of the 2018/19 PSA World Tour took place. It also belonged to the PSA Challenger Tour 30 category .

Last year's winners were Leo Au for the men and Nour El Tayeb for the women. Au reached the final again, losing to his compatriot Max Lee in three sets. In the women’s top seeded Annie Au prevailed against Hania El Hammamy with 11: 8, 11: 7 and 11: 6.

The fields of participation in the men's and women's competition consisted of 24 players each. The eight best players were seeded and received a bye in the first round. Per Wildcard received Chris Lo and Carmen Lee each a spot in the main draw.

At the tournament, the following prize money and world ranking points were paid out or credited for reaching the respective round. The amounts are not to be understood as cumulative. The total prize money was $ 28,000 each.
