HKFC International 2017

The HKFC International 2017 took place from 6 to 9 September 2017 in Hong Kong instead. The men's squash tournament was part of the PSA World Tour 2017/18 and belonged to the PSA 25 category . The women's squash tournament was part of the women's PSA World Tour 2017/18 and also belonged to the PSA 25 category .

Last year's winners were Mohd Nafiizwan Adnan for the men and Joelle King for the women.

The participant fields consisted of 16 players each, four of which were reserved for qualifiers. The eight best players were seeded. Per Wildcard received Wong Chi-Him in the men's and Tong Tsz-Wing in the women each a spot in the main draw.

Prize money and world ranking points

At the tournament, the following prize money and world ranking points were paid out or credited for reaching the respective round. Players who entered the main field from qualification received the specified qualification points in addition to those for reaching the respective round. Otherwise the amounts are not to be understood as cumulative. The total prize money was $ 25,000 each.
