HMS Telemachus (P321) was a submarine of the British Royal Navy in World War II and after.

The submarine was used in the Asian theater of war. On July 17, 1944, the Telemachus torpedoed and sank the Japanese submarine I-166 in the Strait of Malacca .

HMS Telemachus continued to be used by the Royal Navy after the war and was abandoned in Charlestown in August 1961.
