The HTC 10 is a smartphone from HTC . It was introduced on April 12, 2016 and is the successor to the HTC One M9 . The device has been on sale in Germany since mid-April 2016, but the official start of sales wasn't until May 2, 2016.

The HTC 10 uses a 5.2 inch (approx. 13.21 cm) Super LCD 5 screen. The device is the first from HTC to be equipped with a QHD resolution of 2560 × 1440 pixels.

The device has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820- SoC having a 64-bit - quad-core processor with a maximum of two 2.2 GHz and 1.6 GHz twice and 4 GB LPDDR4 includes RAM and a Adreno 530 GPU.

There is also a version called HTC 10 Lifestyle . It only contains 3 GB of RAM, a Snapdragon 652 SoC and an Adreno 510 GPU.

software

Android version 6.0.1 is supplied as the operating system , which HTC has provided with the HTC Sense user interface . Dolby Audio is used to optimize the sound .

Cameras

An UltraPixel camera with 12 megapixels, which is illuminated by a dual LED, is used as the main camera on the back. The pixel size is 1.55 µm. Videos can be recorded with a maximum resolution of 4K . It also has a laser auto focus. The front camera has 5.0 megapixels and, like the main camera, is equipped with an optical image stabilizer.

The typical "BoomSound" front speakers of the HTC One series are no longer available, but HTC relies on hi-fi audio playback in which the high and low channels are output separately.
