Habo Church
The church of Habo is not directly in the village, but a little west inland, and is one of the sights. It is a wooden church and got its current appearance in 1723. The special thing about the church is that it is reminiscent of a cathedral, although it is made entirely of wood. It has a high central nave and two lower aisles. The paintings are from the period between 1741 and 1743 by two painters from Jönköping, Johan Kinnerus and Johan Christian Peterson . They show Luther's summary of Christian teaching.
