The Wien Atzgersdorf stop of the Südbahn is located in Atzgersdorf , part of the 23rd district of Vienna , Liesing . S-Bahn trains on lines S2, S3 and S4 stop there . The stop of today's Austrian Federal Railways , which was opened in 1841 by the private Vienna- Gloggnitzer Bahn and later operated until 1923 by the imperial-royal privileged Südbahn-Gesellschaft, was last rebuilt in 2010.

The stop is a little higher up parallel to Gatterederstraße. At the northern end the Endresstraße crosses, which runs through an underpass under the railway. At the southern end of the Gatterederstraße, the Knotzenbachgasse branches off.
At both ends there are stairs leading out of the station, at the southern end there is a lift, which makes the stop barrier-free. At the northern exit you can change to bus lines 56A, 58A, 58B and 66A , at the southern exit there is a station on line 60A .

From an operational perspective, Atzgersdorf is part of the Vienna Liesing train station and therefore not a stop in the true sense of the word. The three platforms are designed for trains up to 140 meters. As a rule, only platforms 1 and 2 are used. The platforms are all covered and equipped with ticket machines. There are also electronic departure displays and electronic departure boards.
