Hana Dostalová (* as Hana Rychterová on March 5, 1975 ) is a former Czech biathlete .

Hana Dostalová started biathlon in 1990. She was initially active under her maiden name Hana Rychterová , after her marriage to Roman Dostál as Hana Dostalová.

Since the beginning of the 1994/95 season she started regularly in the World Cup , where she was 58th in her first sprint in Bad Gastein . The first high point was the 1995 World Championships in Antholz , where it was used in the relay race alongside Eva Háková , Irena Česneková and Petra Červenková and finished in twelfth place. At the 1996 World Biathlon Championships in Ruhpolding she was 67th of the individual, 66th of the sprint and seventh in the team competition with Irena Česneková, Eva Háková and Kateřina Losmanová . In the 1996/97 season she achieved 20th place in an individual in Östersund, her best result in an individual race in the World Cup, in Ruhpolding she was fifth in the team race with Jiřina Pelcová , Kateřina Holubcová and Irena Česneková. The last international winter championships were the 1997 World Championships in Osrblie . Dostalová was 43rd of the individual and 76th of the sprint and with Holubcová, Česneková and Pelcová twelfth in the relay race and ninth in the team race. In the period that followed, her appearances in the World Cup were less, but starts in the European Cup were more frequent. She missed qualifying for the 1998 Winter Olympics . The last major event was the 1998 Summer Biathlon World Championships in Osrblie, where Dostalová was 22nd in the sprint and 21st in the pursuit. In her last season, the 1998/1999 European Cup , she won a sprint in Jablonec nad Nisou ahead of Matejka Mohorič and Jitka Šimůnková and was third in the pursuit race behind Jana Dufková and Kamila Horáková . In the overall standings she took tenth place.

She lives in Vachlabi and works as a trainer.
