Handball Bundesliga (women) 1985/86

The 1985/86 season of the women's handball league is the first in its history. In 1975/76, the two-track Bundesliga with the south and north seasons was introduced. 10 teams now played in a relay for the German championship. Master was Bayer Leverkusen .
