Hannah Cheesman
Hannah Cheesman (born October 6, 1984 in Toronto ) is a Canadian film actress , screenwriter , producer and director .
Life
Cheesman studied acting at the National Theater School of Canada and Spanish at the University of Toronto . From 2009 she first played in short and television films and had her first supporting roles in various television series . In 2011 she played her first leading roles in the two comedy series Originals and Papillon . Cheesman has also worked as a producer since 2013 and as a screenwriter and director since 2014. In 2015, the ten-part web series Whatever, Linda was released , which Cheesman had developed together with Julian DeZotti and in which she worked as a leading actress, writer and producer. Other larger roles followed in 2014-16 in the sitcom Max & Shred and in 2019 in the science fiction series Star Trek: Discovery .
Cheesman also works as a director of commercials and music videos .
