Hannes Stütz (born April 4, 1936 in Schwäbisch Gmünd ) is a German cabaret artist , cabaret writer and songwriter .

Career

From 1955 to 1960 he studied German and history in Tübingen and Munich . In 1960, together with Ekkehard Kühn and Hans Kolo, founded the "Knallfrösche" (political cabaret, emerged from an SPD elective cabaret in 1958/1959), in which he also participated as an author and actor. From 1961 to 1962 he was an author and actor with "Onion", then went on tour with "Knallfröschen" in 1962 and returned to "Onion" in the fall of 1962 for the "Sing-Sing with me" program. Since 1963, Stütz has also written for the "Kleine Renitenztheater", from 1965 to 1968 for the Munich Rationaltheater and researched for this in 1968 the participation of the then Federal President Heinrich Lübke in the construction of concentration camps .

Since 1960, Stütz has been writing songs for the Easter march movement ("Our march is a good thing", among others). Since 1966, together with Therese Angeloff, he has designed the " IG Metall youth month ", for which he also wrote and played. He also played theater (from 1962 to 1965 at the Münchner Volkstheater ) as well as non-political television roles and made two short films under his own direction based on his own scripts in 1964 and 1965. In 1965, together with Manfred Vosz , he founded the culture magazine Kürbiskern , of which he was co-editor until 1989 and participated in many left-wing events against the Vietnam War , emergency laws , the reawakening of Nazism and the like. a.
