Hans-Heinrich Raspe (born September 13, 1945 in Lübeck ) is a German internist and social medicine specialist .

Hans-Heinrich ( Heiner ) Raspe studied human medicine in Freiburg and Lübeck from 1965 to 1970 and then sociology in Freiburg until 1973. In 1973 he was promoted to Dr. med. PhD, 1979 Dr. phil.

From 1973 to 1978 Raspe was scientifically active in the Department of Medical Sociology in the Department of Human Medicine at the Philipps University of Marburg , then clinically until 1989 in the Department of Diseases of the Locomotor Organs and Metabolism at the Medical University of Hanover . In 1982 he was granted the license to teach medical sociology and social medicine, and in 1988 he was also authorized to teach clinical rheumatology. From 1988 to 1989 Heiner Raspe was acting head of the rheumatology department at the Center for Internal Medicine and Dermatology at the Hannover Medical School.

From 1989 until his retirement in 2010 he was Director (C4) of the Institute for Social Medicine at the Medical University of Lübeck . Raspe then held a senior professorship in population medicine at the University of Lübeck until 2014.

Raspe was co-founder and founding chairman of the German Evidence-Based Medicine Network . From 1998 to 2012 he was the editor of the journal for evidence, advanced training and quality in health care (ZEFQ). Raspe is also a member of the Münster circle .
