Hans-Henning von Burgsdorff

Karl Albert Hans-Henning von Burgsdorff (born December 8, 1866 on Gut Markendorf , Lebus district ; † October 19, 1917 in Teuplitz , Sorau district ) was a doctor of law and a Prussian politician.

He was the son of the landowner Eugen von Burgsdorff (1841–1877), Fideikommissherr on Markendorf and Carzig (both district Lebus, donated in 1779) and landowner on Hohenwalde (today all districts of Frankfurt (Oder) - Kliestow ), and the Charlotte Baronesse von Buchholtz .

Burgsdorff married on June 28, 1895 in Kuchelmiß ( Rostock district ) Emmy Countess von Hahn (born June 30, 1871 in Kuchelmiß; † June 26, 1913 at Gut Markendorf), the daughter of the landowner Max Graf von Hahn , landlord on Demzin and Liepen , and the Emmy Countess zu Eulenburg (Haus Wicken).

Life

Burgsdorff studied at Heidelberg University and became a member of the Corps Saxo-Borussia there in 1886 . After completing his studies, he was initially a royal Prussian captain and government trainee as well as head of office . Later as Fideikommissherr on Markendorf and Carzig he was politically active as a member of the district and district committee and from 1900 until his death (1917) as a member of the Prussian manor house .
