Hans Entertainment (bourgeois Christopher Kjell Hans , born March 12, 1994 ) is an entertainer , web video producer and party MC who became known through Facebook and who entertains his viewers with short, self-made videos. He comes from Kenzingen near Freiburg im Breisgau in southern Baden . In addition to his enormous height of 2.00 m and a mass of over 240 kilograms, his trademarks include the deliberately incorrect pronunciation of the Turkish vulgar formula Amına Koyım .

Career

Hans does not have a school leaving certificate , is looking for work and lives with his mother. On May 20, 2015, he uploaded a short video of himself on Facebook, in which he was drinking cold coffee and smoking a cigarette. The video went viral on Facebook and received more than 2000 likes, among other things because it was shared by rappers Sinan-G and Summer Cem . In June 2015, his Facebook page Hans Entertainment had more than 100,000 likes. Hans has no concept for his videos; he says he produces whatever is in his head.

In 2014 Hans publicly converted to Islam at a sermon by Sven Lau and Pierre Vogel in Freiburg im Breisgau .

On September 18, 2015, his single Hoch die hands weekend (#sotrue) rose to 66th place in the German single charts . He has been under contract with Universal Music since August 2015 .

At the beginning of 2016, Hans had to serve a one-week prison sentence in youth detention for an attack on a pensioner. He had poured coffee in the face of the pensioner at Freiburg main station after the latter asked him to put out his cigarette . In addition, Hans is said to have insulted an employee of Deutsche Bahn and threatened a neighbor.

In June 2018 he did an internship in a luxury car dealership.

Reception and criticism

Hans has received criticism in social networks for his videos and his appearance . A national war flag hanging in his room and often seen in his videos caused a lack of understanding . Hans admitted that he had a right-wing radical phase, but is now distancing himself from it. The flag hangs in the room in memory of his grandfather who died in the war.

Thomas Knieper from the University of Passau justifies Hans' success with the fact that his site has become a contact point on the Internet for everyone who is looking for distraction from the serious everyday and who dreams of a life without rules.
