Hans Werner Loeck

Hans Werner Loeck (born March 9, 1925 in Heide (Holstein) ) is a former German diplomat who was ambassador to Peru and Venezuela , among other things .

Life

After graduating from high school , Loeck completed a degree and joined the Foreign Service after completing his studies . After completing the career test, he was employed at several diplomatic missions abroad and at the headquarters of the Foreign Office in Bonn . As a lecturer in the Legation , he was Deputy Head of the Ministerial Office in the Foreign Office until January 31, 1968.

Having then as Counselor head of the German staff at the French embassy in Yugoslavia was on 31 January 1968 when France first as protector of representation there perceived the German interests, he was born on January 31, 1968 Deputy Head of Mission of the Federal Republic of Germany in Yugoslavia and Promoted to Counselor First Class on October 18, 1968.

On May 19, 1978 he was honored with the title of Grand Officer of the Order of Infante Dom Henrique .

In 1978 he became the successor of the retirement came Norbert Berger as ambassador to Peru . He held this office until he was replaced by Hans-Joachim Hille in 1982. From 1982 to 1985 he was Head of Department in the Foreign Office as a ministerial director. In 1985 he succeeded Harald Hoffmann as ambassador to Venezuela .
