Hansjörg Thurn
Hansjörg Thurn (born January 25, 1960 in Hagen ) is a German director and screenwriter.
Life
After studying film at the Dortmund University of Applied Sciences , Thurn directed documentaries for WDR . From the mid-1990s he also worked as a screenwriter, u. a. for the Schimanski film series . In 1997 he made his debut as a film director with the German-British cinema production Die Harfenspielerin . Since then he has mainly worked as a director and screenwriter on television productions. Thurn works on a wide variety of genres.
Thurn is married.
