Harald Johnas Riiber took part in the 2012 Winter Youth Olympic Games in Innsbruck . In the only competition in the Nordic combined, he finished sixth. On March 15, 2013 he made his debut in the Nordic Combined Continental Cup , when he was in a team sprint, which in Finnish Rovaniemi , together with Sigmund Kielland scored the 14th place took place. On February 19, 2017, with third place in Planica, Slovenia , he achieved his only podium finish in this competition series to date.
He made his debut in the Nordic Combined World Cup on December 5, 2015 in Lillehammer . He achieved his first World Cup points on February 4, 2017 in Pyeongchang , South Korea , when he finished 26th in the first competition there. Riiber's best result so far in the World Cup followed a week later in Sapporo, Japan, with 19th place.
