Tough Brocken: The Bank Robbery is a German crime film by Andreas Senn from 2017. It was produced by H & V Entertainment GmbH on behalf of ARD Degeto Film for ARD . It is the third crime film in the Harter Brocken series with Aljoscha Stadelmann as the policeman Frank Koops.

Simone Schmidt, whom the small town policeman Frank Koops had put behind bars four years earlier (see episode: Harter Brocken ), is released from prison. Together with two accomplices, she wants to take revenge on Koops and land a big coup at the same time. Frank Koops is forced to take part in a bank robbery because his colleague Mette Vogt was kidnapped by the gangsters and is to be held until the planned robbery is successful. Through the forced cooperation of the local police officer, Simone Schmidt and her accomplices gain valuable inside information.

But Koops manages to secretly send his friend Heiner Kelzenberg a message so that he can take care of Mette's release. Koops can eliminate Hagen, Simone Schmidt's friend, after the successful bank robbery. In the end, Koops lures Schmidt into a trap and brings the stolen money back to the bank.
