Harzweg 1-16, 18, 20, 22, 24, 26, 28, 30, 32, 34, 36 is the name entered in the Quedlinburg Monument Register for a listed street in Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

location

The street is south of the historic Quedlinburg old town and runs largely parallel to Bode to the north . The Harzweg runs from Rathenaustraße in the east in a westerly direction to Neuer Weg.

Plant and history

The originally suburban street was built in its present form in the 19th and early 20th centuries. Representative buildings in the styles of classicism , historicism and art nouveau were built . The development is rather loose, with a structure through gardens and elaborate property enclosures.

According to the name, the buildings Harzweg 3 , 4 , 5 , 6 , 7 , 8 , 9 , 10 , 11 , 12 , 13 , 14 , 15 , 18 , 20 , 22 , 24 , 26 , 30 are also part of the monument , 32 , 34 and 36 .

The individual monuments Mettehof , Stumpfsburg , Harzweg 27 and 29 , which are also located in the Harzweg, do not belong to the memorial .
