House l'Aigle

The house l'Aigle (or Laigle ) is a family of the Norman nobility named after their main estate, L'Aigle (Orne) . It existed in the 11th and 12th centuries and after the Norman conquest of England played an important role on the island and in Normandy , which is less evident in its titles than in its family connections.
