Moulins-la-Marche is a French municipality with 732 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Orne in the region of Normandy . It belongs to the arrondissement of Mortagne-au-Perche and the canton of Tourouvre .
geography
The municipality is located around 65 kilometers southwest of Évreux in the Perche countryside , just outside the Perche Regional Nature Park . Neighboring communities are:
- La Ferrière-au-Doyen to the north and east,
- Saint-Aquilin-de-Corbion in the southeast,
- Saint-Martin-des-Pézerits in the south,
- Saint-Aubin-de-Courteraie to the south-west and
- Mahéru in the west.
The Iton River runs along the northern municipal boundary and the Sarthe to the south .
