The building with the postal address Heilgeiststraße 91 is a listed building on Heilgeiststraße in Stralsund .
The three-storey , five-axis plastered building received its present facade during a renovation in the middle of the 19th century. In the years 1996 to 1997 the house was renovated.
Cornices visually separate the floors. The first floor is highlighted by high arched windows. The middle of these windows is crowned by a plaster mirror with a festoon .
A staircase with a staircase from around 1800 has been preserved inside.
The house is located in the core area of the city area recognized by UNESCO as a world cultural heritage site of the “ historic old towns of Stralsund and Wismar ”. It is entered in the list of architectural monuments in Stralsund with the number 347.
