Heino von Pfuel
Heino von Pfuel (* 1550 ; † 1602 ), Lord of Fredersdorf (Zichow) and Garzin ( Brandenburg ), was a colonel in the service of Elector Johann Georg von Brandenburg .
Life
Pfuel came from the old to Jahnsfelde in the Brandenburg Switzerland -based noble family of Pfuel . He was the son of the landowner Georg von Pfuel and Dorothea von Bismarck . In 1583, Pfuel was appointed Rittmeister over 400 riders by Elector Johann Georg von Brandenburg . 1586 he was appointed colonel of a regiment of infantry and 1,590 of 1,000 riders strong cavalry transported -Regiments. Pfuel took part in 13 campaigns against the Turks, as well as (in French service) against the Spaniards, in which he achieved great fame.
Pfuel was married to Anna von Streumen (Bretschen House). In addition to four daughters, he left his sons Adam and Konrad-Bertram.
