Heinrich Beck (born April 8, 1911 in Borbeck near Essen , † September 12, 1986 ) was a Hessian politician ( CDU ) and a member of the Hessian state parliament .

education and profession

After finishing elementary school, vocational school and adult education center, Heinrich Beck attended the social seminar in Cologne. From 1933 to 1939 he was union secretary of the German Kolping Family , Reich Senior until 1946 and works manager from 1939 to 1944. From 1940 to 1945 he did military service . After the war he was head of the welfare and youth welfare office in Hünfeld.

politics

Heinrich Beck joined the CDU in 1945. In the CDU, he was deputy district chairman of the CDU for the district of Hünfeld , member of the CDU state executive committee of the CDU Hesse and the CDU federal committee.

From 1946 to 1972 he was district administrator in Hünfeld and, after the regional reform in Hesse, from 1972 to 1976 first alderman of the Fulda district .

From August 1, 1957 to March 1, 1967 and from August 1, 1973 to October 31, 1981, he was a member of the association assembly of the State Welfare Association of Hesse , where he was vice-president from August 1, 1973 to October 31, 1977.

From July 15, 1946 to November 30, 1946 he was a member of the state assembly of Greater Hesse, which advised the constitution, and from December 1, 1966 to November 30, 1970, a member of the Hessian state parliament.

In 1969 he was a member of the 5th Federal Assembly .

Other offices

Heinrich Beck was chairman of the supervisory board of the district housing and settlement company Hünfeld, member of the supervisory board of the Kurhessische housing company Kassel and the Überlandwerke Fulda AG. He was deputy chairman of the State Film Service, the Hesse public service fund and the board of directors of the Fürsteneck folk high school. Since 1948 he was a member of the administrative committee of the State Labor Office of Hesse.

Honors

His grave of honor is in the Frauenberg cemetery in Fulda.
